TeraWulf's data center campus on the site of a former coal-fired power plant in Somerset, Niagara County, New York, which began with bitcoin mining and is expanding into AI hosting for Fluidstack, with Google backstopping part of Fluidstack's lease obligations. TeraWulf reported 102 MW of revenue-generating AI capacity online in July 2026, with 336 MW more under construction in buildings CB-4 and CB-5. Power comes mainly from New York Power Authority hydropower plus NYSEG.
