Ranalli Super DC, LLC has marketed a 124-acre vacant industrial-zoned property near Hencle Boulevard and Oswego Road in the Town of Lysander as a 300-megawatt data center site; the Baldwinsville Messenger reported a $60 million asking price in the listing. No end user has been named. A citizens' petition against it passed 1,600 signatures, and after an April 16, 2026 town board work session the board voted 4-0 to have the town attorney draft a moratorium.
