Devlin Technology Park is a data center site in Bristow covering about 270 acres along Devlin Road, zoned to allow data center space of up to 3.5 million square feet and up to three substations. The Prince William Board of County Supervisors approved the rezoning in November 2023 in a party-line vote, residents' legal challenge was dismissed in circuit court and the dismissal was affirmed on appeal in September 2025. Amazon Data Services paid Stanley Martin Homes $700 million for the site, according to reports.
