Project Spalding is a data center campus proposed by Montana Property Group LLC on two adjoining properties owned by Alan R. Mobley on the north side of High Falls Road and Alicia Drive in Spalding County, Georgia, totaling 132.9 acres. The Griffin Daily News lists it at 2,559,500 square feet in three two-story buildings, plus two administrative and management facilities, a power substation and a proposed solar farm, with build-out scheduled for 2030. The Spalding County Board of Commissioners approved rezonings and special exceptions with conditions in July 2025; in September 2026 the county said it had received no Land Disturbance Permit submittals for the approved data center sites.
