Project Cornmaze is a proposed data center campus of four buildings on more than 430 acres at a gravel quarry across the towns of Beloit and Turtle in Rock County, Wisconsin. It was first pursued under Cambrin LLC through a July 2025 pre-development agreement with the Town of Beloit, and Panattoni, which says it is a $1 billion project, has since taken it over. The end user has not been disclosed.
