Project Mica is Google's second Kansas City-area data center campus, planned as five hyperscale buildings on nearly 500 acres at the northeast corner of Interstate 435 and Highway 169 in the Northland. Port KC authorized up to $10 billion in taxable revenue bonds for the project in July 2025, along with a 25-year, 75% property tax exemption.
