Prime Data Centers is building a five-building hyperscale data center campus in Avondale; at full build-out it will cover 66.5 acres and 1.3 million square feet, with 240MW of total critical power. In May 2026 Prime broke ground on the first three buildings, each a 267,000 square-foot facility delivering 48MW of critical IT load, and a leading hyperscaler has secured Buildings 1–3. The campus is powered by a dedicated on-site substation and uses a closed-loop cooling system designed to use no process water during operations.
