Prime Data Centers is building a five-building hyperscale data center campus in Avondale that will ultimately span 66.5 acres, 1.3 million square feet and 240MW of total critical power. In May 2026 Prime broke ground on the first three buildings, each a 267,000 square-foot facility delivering 48MW of critical IT load, and Buildings 1–3 have been secured by a leading hyperscaler. The campus is powered by a dedicated on-site substation and uses a closed-loop cooling system engineered for zero process water use during operations.
