Compass Datacenters' hyperscale data center campus sits on land at the northwest corner of Bullard Avenue and Yuma Road in Goodyear, Arizona, announced in July 2019 as a 225-acre campus of eight data centers totaling more than 1.8 million square feet and up to 350 MW at full build-out. The Goodyear City Council unanimously approved an agreement for the project on July 8, 2019, and Compass said it had begun building the first two data centers (72 MW of IT load). Contractor Sundt said in December 2023 that it had completed and turned over multiple buildings; Compass has since described the Goodyear site as a 190-acre, 240 MW campus and, on its current markets page, as a 212 MW campus it is developing.
