CyrusOne, through subsidiary C1 Yorkville LLC, is building a data center campus on approximately 228 acres in Yorkville, Illinois, originally approved in July 2024. In July 2026 the City Council approved a plan update reducing the campus to eight one-story buildings, with a $15 million up-front payment to the city and a 40,000-gallon-per-day water maximum; construction began in spring 2026.
