Amazon Web Services is developing a $3 billion data center campus, known as Project Galaxy, on the north side of Millcreek Road west of Vandemark Road in Sidney. Sidney City Council approved a 30-year, 100% tax abatement for Amazon Data Services in October 2025. The city says operations are estimated to begin by Dec. 31, 2028.
