Cologix, a Denver-based data center provider that already runs four facilities in Columbus, announced an eight-building AI-ready campus on 154 acres at Johnstown in western Licking County. The company put the investment at $7 billion and the scale at up to 800 MW, in about 2 million square feet. Cologix said first-phase construction would begin in 2025. Local reporting in June 2025 still described work as expected to begin later that year.
