Seattle-based Sabey plans a two-building, 1,062,500-square-foot data center campus on 130 acres at 6400 Kentucky Ave. in Decatur Township, with an on-site substation that could provide up to 250 megawatts. The Metropolitan Development Commission approved the project's variances in March 2026 and more than $240 million in tax breaks for the $4.3 billion project in September 2026. Decatur Township residents are separately suing to block the development.
