Sentinel Grove Technology Park is a proposed $13.5 billion, 1,000-megawatt hyperscale data center on a 1,218-acre former citrus grove in rural St. Lucie County, Florida, at Orange Avenue and Minute Maid Road. The county Planning and Zoning Commission voted 4-2 in October 2025 to recommend against it, and Timberline Real Estate Development announced it would temporarily pause the project.
